Where is your nursery located?
Our home base is in Tucson, Arizona (2368 Dogwood Lane, Tucson, US 85701), but we ship our plants worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and some remote regions).

What should I do when my plants arrive?
- Inspect your plants immediately upon arrival

What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrives within 10-15 days after shipping via DHL or FedEx.
- Free Economy Shipping: Available for orders $50+, delivered in 15-25 days after shipping via EMS.
How long does order processing take?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process as our team carefully selects and prepares your plants for shipment.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Our packaging is specially designed to protect plants during international transit.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, you’ll receive tracking information via email when your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

What if my plants arrive damaged?
While we take great care in packaging, if your plants arrive damaged, please contact us within 15 days of delivery with photos of the damaged items. We’ll either replace the plants or issue a refund.
